Therefore go... April 2025

Global Movement

The BBT community is celebrating a renewed energy and engagement for the first quarter of 2025!

Often BBT experiences trends in engagement and participation that are similar to the school year cycle. But as the new year unfolded, there was a remarkable increase in global participation. We reached nearly 20,000 individuals through LinkedIn, and the Faith for Work podcast saw close to 1,500 downloads. People are hungry for God’s truth, Biblical inspiration and study resources. We believe more people than ever are leaning in to how to apply God’s Word to the work they do every day and we are ready, are you?

In response to this momentum, BBT launched fresh initiatives including:

 • the new Easter Realities curriculum

 • a new partnership with The Lion Within Us

 • Spanish study translation efforts

The Faith for Work podcast also increased episode frequency - now at 50 published episodes - to meet the growing demand for spiritual insight and encouragement.

Lives are being transformed, leaders are being equipped, and God's Word is going forth with clarity and purpose.

Global Community

"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another…" Hebrews 10:24

BBT Community Connections host thought leaders virtually, once a month for inspiration and encouragement.

In January, Adrian Bracy led us on a reflection of five areas to consider and the important spiritual component for drafting vision statements and vision boards for the new year.

In February, Dr. Amy Narishkin shared her expertise in Cultivating Cultural Intelligence. She walked us through tools and practical case studies helping us ask curious questions of those different from ourselves.

In March, BBT celebrated 3/23 as a day to remember our founding verse Colossians 3:23. Brandon Mann, BBT's founder, joined us to share the realities of his journey that launched BBT as a nonprofit organization.

Global Network

Did you know BBT is empowering farmers in Puerto Rico?

When Wilson Rivera-Gonzalez reached out asking for Spanish translations for a team of farmers in Puerto Rico, we jumped at the chance. BBT is now translating existing studies into Spanish, Portuguese and Bangla to meet the global demand. There may be a learning curve so if you try them and find discrepancies, please let us know!

To also serve you better, we have several contractors from across the country volunteering their God-given talents to help us improve our technology and reporting for group leaders.

BBT is on mission in the marketplace to help people learn and apply Biblical principles at work - no matter the kind of work or where the work is done!
